Citrus Dressing
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 teaspoons grated lemon peel
3 teaspoons grated orange peel
2/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Combine vinegar, orange juice, parsley, lemon peel and orange peel in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. (Dressing can be prepared up to 8 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Re-whisk dressing before using.)
