Basic Salad Dressing & (Italian Style)

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, split
1 teaspoon mustard powder / Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves (Italian Style)
1/2 teaspoon oregano (Italian Style)
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (Italian Style)

Put all in a jar, cover and shake well, chill to blend flavors. Shake before serve. If you want extra sour flavor, just use 2/3 cup olive oil & 1/3 cup wine vinegar instead.

When added the 3 dif spices in RED, this will become Italian Style Salad Dressing.
